Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, takes pride in their work, and enjoys hands-on projects ranging from suspension installs to custom fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and install suspension systems, including lift kits
• Mount and balance wheels and tires
• Install aftermarket lighting, wiring, and other electrical components
• Fit and install exterior accessories such as bumpers, fenders, winches, and armor
• Perform minor engine repairs and maintenance
• Assist with HEMI engine conversions
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional attitude

• Differential re-gearing and axle setup
• Light fabrication and MIG welding
• Familiarity with off-road vehicle performance upgrades

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts & Sales Specialist to join our Nashville team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for trucks, Jeeps, and off-road vehicles, and wants to help customers choose the right products for their builds.
As a Parts & Sales Specialist, you'll work directly with customers, create estimates, coordinate with our installation team, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist customers in selecting suspension, wheels, tires, armor, lighting, recovery equipment, and other aftermarket accessories
-Build estimates and quotes for vehicle upgrades and installations
-Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
-Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate parts ordering and scheduling
-Receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory
-Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
-Stay current on industry trends, new products, and leading aftermarket brands
-Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Preferred (Not Required) Skills
-Experience with inventory management or point-of-sale systems
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Enthusiasm for the off-road lifestyle and aftermarket industry
Requirements
-Previous automotive parts or sales experience
-Knowledge of Jeep, truck, and off-road aftermarket products
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
